Ease of Application

Effortlessly apply a shield of protection with the aerosol spray. A minimum of four coats is recommended for static vessels, while two suffices for those frequently on the move. This product's advanced formula ensures a self-renewing surface throughout the season, effectively preventing paint build-up and ensuring lasting efficacy.

• Theoretical Spreading Rate: An exceptional coverage of 1.3 m² per 500 ml spray can allows for economical application.
• Substrate Compatibility: Ideally suited for use on previously coated or uncoated surfaces, prepare with Hempel's Light Primer or Hempel's Underwater Primer to guarantee optimal adhesion.
• Drying Time: Quick-drying to the touch within 9 to 30 minutes depending on ambient temperatures, and ready for overcoating after 2 to 8 hours, promoting a swift return to service.
• Application Conditions: Best applied at a surface temperature above 5°C and under 85% relative humidity to prevent condensation interference.

User Guidance

• Ensure surface cleanliness by high-pressure freshwater cleaning to remove contaminants and allow the surface to dry thoroughly before application.
• Shake the can vigorously and spray from a distance of 20-30 cm to achieve a smooth, even coat.
• For overcoating, ensure the surface is free from contamination. There is no maximum overcoat interval; however, cleaning may be required after exposure to a polluted atmosphere.

Storage and Handling

• Shelf Life: A generous 60-month shelf life from the production date under recommended storage conditions at 5°C, away from direct sunlight.
• Flash Point: A safety-oriented flash point of 35°C ensures responsible handling.
