Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of your order being placed subject to stock availability, the majority of orders are shipped out on a fast delivery service of 24hr, depending on your location, (for Gurnsey or Scottish Islands) it may go on a 48hr service. If we do not expect to dispatch your order within 1 working day the delivery time will be estimated time on the product page in the availability section.

Longer product availabilities such as 1 - 4 weeks are only an estimate, most of the time they are shorter but they can be longer so please check beforehand and we can provide a more accurate date, alternatively we will contact you after you place your order and let you know when you can expect it.

Orders will only be dispatched on weekdays, not on Saturdays and Sundays. As couriers do not normally deliver on a Saturday we cannot guarantee that an order will be delivered on a Saturday.

 

Where we ship

Unfortunately due to increasing prices of couriers and complications of exporting due to Brexit we do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom, we hope to bring this back in future.

Shipping types

While we would love to supply you with our whole catalogue – where ever you are based in the UK, due to the large variations in product types, sizes and ever-increasing restrictions by couriers we are unable to ship everything for the same price. Please see our breakdown of shipping costs in the table below.

Why we have said Please Call

For the products that require non-standard shipping types, the reason we have said please call for a quote is that all of these shipping types either restrict the couriers we can use so we are unable to use our normal one and/or require a special shipment in the courier's eyes where they charge a lot more.

Rather than giving you an outrageous price, until we have negotiated a deal we will give you the best quote possible – but please note it may be expensive.
