Your order will generally be sent out on a 24-hour service as standard so you will receive it the following day it is shipped. Some smaller items, non-standard shipping type products such as heavy/ long or orders sent to shipping areas such as Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland may take slightly longer to keep costs down. However, we will always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Once an order leaves us and is with a courier it is outwith our control, while it doesn't happen often couriers can have delays but you will be provided with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery and if there are any problems we can take it up with the courier to help get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.
If an item is in stock it will be sent out the same day or the next day depending on how early your order is placed. Orders placed before 1PM will generally be guaranteed to be shipped out the same day however there can be occasional circumstances where this isn't the case, in busy periods or if a courier doesn't arrive for example.
If your item has a delivery time longer than 1 - 2 days this is because we are awaiting a delivery, in this case we often can't guarantee what day the item will ship but we will always do our best to get the order to you within the delivery time listed on the product.
Yes, when your item is dispatched we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can keep tabs on your delivery.
Some items fall under the hazerdous bracket (the shipping type can be found in the more information tab on each product), unfortunatley orders containing these products have limited options as to where we can ship them due to the restrictions of couriers that we use to ship to these areas.
These areas include Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands & Isle of Mann & Northern Ireland.
The items that generally fall under this are solvent based products such as paints or epoxies and lifejackets or re-arming kits due to the compressed gas canisters.
We are really sorry for this, there are very few couriers that allow these products but for these locations shipping can be near enough £30 which is too much for us to offer to you and too much for us to absorb.

We ship all across the United Kingdom. Prices vary for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland due to shipping costs for certain locations but we offer discounted & free shipping if you spend over a certain amount.
If your order has been dispatched and it hasn’t been delivered in a couple of days. Check your tracking if you havent already and this should give an indication if there is a delay or an issue with a new date of delivery. If it doesn't make sense or it looks like there is a problem, drop us an email or give us a call and we can chase the courier to find out what is happening and get it resolved for you.

If you need to change your order or cancel it, then please drop us an email or give us a phone and let us know what you would like to do with your order, we will then make the necaserry amendments to your order.
If any of the products you have ordered need returned for any reason we are happy to take them back if you log the return with us within 30 days of receiving your goods, we cannot accept products that have been fitted or damaged so please make sure the items are correct when receiving them to ensure the smoothest possible return/swap.

If your item didn't suit and you wish to return it, please log it with us so we know to expect it & include a copy of your invoice so we can tie it to your order. If you do not have a copy of this you, you can print off a copy that was provided with your order confirmation.
Send it back to us via any shipping method your choice, once we receive it back we will inspect it and if it meets our return's criteria then you will be offered a full refund plus the origional shippoing cost.

We have a 30-day returns policy, this goes into effect from the date you receive your order from us. The returned item needs to be in a resellable condition for us to accept the return, we can't accept any fitted items, damaged items or items where the box has been damaged. If this is the case your item will be sent back so be careful with your order until you are happy it is correct.

Certainly, not a problem given it’s within the 30 day period. In this case it will just be the normal returns process however if you let us know what you would like in exchange we can arrange that to be sent out as soon as your item arrives back and is inspected. Once we have got back to you either a smaller refund or a payment will be taken for the difference in price (if there is one).
We accept all credit and debit cards, we are also set up with paypal so you can pay with your account or choose to pay in 3 splitting your order cost over 3 months or apply for paypal credit. See or other FAQ for more details on the Pay Later options we offer.
If you set up an account with us you can choose to save an address and store your card details for when you use the credit/ debit card payments to make future purchases easier. While your card details are in your account we do not store them, they are stored with our payment provider Evalon using a highly secure encryption method unique to you.
As mentioned above not every item is in stock but this is reflected in the estimates we give on products, if you want to ensure you get the product sent out to you as soon as it comes in you can place your order and unlike other shops, if you use your card through the Opayo Secure Payments option to pay the money will only leave your card once we have dispatched your order

Once it has been agreed that you want a refund and your order hasn't left yet we will refund the total value of your order upon request, this can take up to a day or two to appear back in your bank account.
If you want a refund after receiving the goods (30 day returns policy) you will need to send the goods back to us then we can process the full refund for you, same as above this will take a day or two to appear back in your account.

We offer PayPal's pay-in-3 payments - This is where the cost of your order is split into 3 interest-free payments and you only pay a third of the value on the day of purchase. The other two payments are split over the next two months and there is no extra cost to you. This is only available on orders from £30-£2000.
Paypal Credit is also available, once you log into your paypal account you will have the option to apply for credit of the value of the order, if accepted the first 4 months are intrest free, allowing you to split a larger order over £2000 over a few months at no extra cost.
