Suitable for up to one year’s protection. Notably, Cruiser 200 offers a solution for an erodible antifoul for aluminium hulls as it is suitable for all substrates, including aluminium, making it a versatile option for a wide range of vessels.

• Practical Coverage: 9m²/L by brush/roller; 3m²/L by spray
• Dry Film Thickness (DFT) per Coat: 50 microns by brush/roller; 100 microns by spray
• Wet Film Thickness (WFT) per Coat: 96 microns by brush/roller; 192 microns by spray
• Number of Coats Recommended: 2 by brush/roller; 1 by spray (with additional stripe coat on high-wear areas)
• Drying Times: Touch dry in 20 minutes at 35°C (95°F) to 1 hour at 5°C (41°F)
• Overcoating Times: Minimum of 4 hours at 35°C (95°F) to 16 hours at 5°C (41°F)
• Application Methods: Airless spray (professional), brush, or roller

Preparation and Application

• Surface Preparation: Prior antifouling should be in good condition or appropriately removed if incompatible.
• Priming: Recommended primers include Gelshield 200 for GRP, or Primocon or Interprotect for other substrates.
• Mixing: Stir to a uniform consistency prior to use.
• Thinning: Not recommended as it may affect performance.

Compatible Thinners and Primers

• Thinner: International Antifouling Thinner No.3 (YTA085) for cleaning purposes only.
• Primers: Gelshield 200, Primocon, Interprotect, or a suitable International Paint barrier/sealer coat for incompatible antifoulings.

Safety and Storage

• Storage Conditions: Keep between 5°C/41°F and 35°C/95°F in a securely closed container, away from direct sunlight.
• Safety Precautions: Antifouling should only be wet sanded. Avoid dry sanding or burning off old coatings.
• Disposal: Harden before disposal and follow local regulations. Do not pour into water courses.
